At Clays Golf we take your delivery extremely seriously and as such we work very closely with our carrier DPD who are part of Geopost, one of Europe's largest carriers, for small UK orders under 2Kg we utilise the services of Royal Mail.
For our EU Customers we provide an effective delivery service to most countries within the EU and offer a competitive 4-6 working day timeframe.

When Do Deliveries Take Place?
Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8.00AM - 5.00PM Please note, all our deliveries are sent on a secure service and require a signature.
Can I Have My Goods Delivered To A Different Addresss?
On first time orders all UK deliveries can be delivered to your home or alternative business address.
Can I Request Special Delivery Instructions?
At the point of checkout there is a special section in shipping and handling which allows you to leave a special delivery instruction e.g. "if out leave with a neighbour". Please note this service is also available on mail order phone sales, please ensure that the request is made to the sales advisor.
What If I Am Out When The Courier Tries To Deliver?
If there is no one present to take delivery of the goods the courier will leave an attempted delivery card. This card will contain the contactable number for the courier in which you can call to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from the relevant depot/post office.

All delivery prices account for 1 shipment of 1 parcel only. For orders being delivered that are outside the maximum consignment per box you will be contacted by our sales team for and additional delivery charge to cover the increased delivery cost for you order.
International Orders Information
Due to the increasing worry of internet fraud we now require proof of card ownership for all new Non UK Orders. For both your security and ours we require a form of proof of address before we can ship any new Non UK Orders. (this does not apply to existing customers). Once you have placed an order if you could kindly send over this proof of address in the form of either a Household Utility Bill, Phone Bill or ID Card, with the name and address of the customer the order is being shipped to on file.
VAT Exempt Sales Information
If your residence is Free from chargeable VAT we will automatically deduct the VAT from your purchase once an order has been processed and paid for including VAT. The current legislation allows every customer who lives in Norway, Switzerland and the Channel Islands, VAT Exempt
