Junior Section

Clays has over 90 full junior members. Here is a short summary on what you recieve as a Clays junior.

Junior Team

For the past 3 years Clays Juniors have succesfully defended their Denbighshire Golfing Union title. For the past three years they represented Denbighsire by going down to Builth Wells to play in the Welsh National Final, where they finished in 4th place. The team also plays in the Cheshire and Borders League, where more than 10 teams play against each other to gain points to finish top of the league.

Junior Coaching

All junior members get a rate of £16.00 for a private single lesson with any Clays PGA proffesional.

Competitions

All juniors have the option to participate in the weekend competitions which run every Saturday and Sunday. Junior medal competitions occur every month, usually the first sunday in that month. To view all of the junior medal fixtures follow the link at the top of the page.
